Raised in Texas, Jodi attended St. Louis' Conservatory at Webster University, and NYC's Circle In The Square Theater School before relocating to Los Angeles where she was a company member of Women In Theater and The Actor's Forum.
Her regional credits include the HBO/Warner Bros. Workspace in LA, Houston's Shaw Festival and Main Street Theater, and Indiana's The Wagon Wheel. In Chicago she has worked with Griffin Theatre (Jeff Award: Best Production), Remy Bumppo (Jeff Award nomination: Best Production), Rivendell (Jeff Award nomination: Best Ensemble), Victory Gardens, Irish Theatre Of Chicago/Seanachai, Trap Door, Jackalope, and Kokandy Productions, among others. Jodi's on-camera work includes ten seasons in the recurring role of Madeline Gastern on NBC's CHICAGO MED, Showtime's THE CHI, Amazon's PAPER GIRLS, the indie feature TEENAGE GHOST PUNK, the award-winning web series TOTALLY BECKY, and the pilot for Disney's THE WATCHER. Voice-over work includes the video games CRADLE and SHADOWRUN CHRONICLES: BOSTON LOCKDOWN, and Butterball's 'Farm To Family' Thanksgiving campaign. Jodi Kingsley is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and Actor's Equity, and is represented by Big Mouth Talent. |
